World Best Selling Executive Cars Ranking in 2025. The BMW 5 Series surged 4 spots into 1st while the Mercedes E Class fell 2 spots into 3rd. The Chevrolet Traverse grew 41.4% and 7 spots into 7th.   

World Best Selling City Cars Ranking in 2025. The Wuling Hongguang Mini EV led with major gains, up 86.5%. While the Wuling Bingo dropped 21% into 6th, Daihatsu broke into the top 10 with the Tanto in 9th and the Move in 10th. 

World Best Selling MPV Ranking in 2025. The Toyota Sienna and the Kia Carnival gained in double-digits, overtaking the Maruti Ertiga. The GAC Aion Y left the Top 10, down from 4th into 16th.

World Best Selling Coupe Ranking in 2025. Leader Mercedes CLA reported significant losses while the Dodge Charger fell 70% from 3rd into 16th. The Mercedes CLE secured a spot on the podium, up 34.2% into 3rd.   

World Best Selling Midsize Cars Ranking In 2025. While the BYD Qin Plus in 3rd reported losses, the BYD Qin L rose quickly in 9th, confirming the brand's momentum. 

World Best Selling Small Car up to April 2024 under Toyota leadership.  The world's best selling small car is the Toyota Yaris with 175,621 sales (+3.4%) and a still wide gap over all followers.

World Best Selling City Cars Ranking in 2024 dominated by Wuling. The Wuling Hongguang Mini EV becomes the new leader (+9.8%), followed by the Wuling Bingo (+37.3%). Suzuki Spacia surges 35.5% into 4th spot.
